Job Description
The Service Technician is responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining residential and/or commercial HVAC systems. This role ensures all service calls are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance and system inspections.
- Communicate findings and repair options clearly with customers.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company quality standards.
- Complete service documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with dispatch and team members to maintain efficient scheduling.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician or similar role.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Solid understanding of HVAC systems and industry regulations.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
